BUILD GREEN

THE MANUFACTURE OF CERAMICS REQUIRES CLAY, WATER, GLAZES AND FUEL FOR THE KILNS.

Ceramica House products are manufactured in the Kootenays in British Columbia in a waste-free facility that recycles all clay, glaze, and water wastes. A portion of the input materials are also from recycled sources and the facility produces no raw waste.

Ceramica House products are emission-free when installed in your building. Only Canadian-made glazes that are certified to contain no lead are used. No petroleum distillate sealers are used, or needed, on Ceramica House products.

Ceramica House products are manufactured in a low carbon-footprint facility. No carbon-emitting fuels, gas or wood, are used in the kilns. All kilns are fired only with regionally produced and renewable hydroelectricity.
